What to do when you receive your order:

When you receive your order, you should check that the item is in perfect condition, without manufacturing defects or other anomalies. If you detect that the item is not as expected, you should contact us (via the contact form, email or phone) as soon as possible, so that we can proceed with the exchange of the item.

Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the delivery date.

How to return an order?

To return an order, you must initiate the return process in your account. Then, place the item in a box, along with order identification (the invoice or a note with the order details) and send it to the following address:

 Returns are accepted if:

Items are in their original condition, unused, unaltered, or unwashed;

-All original tags are included;

-The original packaging/box of the item is in perfect condition;

-Items are in perfect condition for sale.

-The shipping costs for returning the order are always the customer's responsibility.

 How to make a complaint about a defective item?

If you wish to make a complaint about a defective product, you should contact us by email or phone so that we can resolve the process. After this contact, you should send your item with the respective invoice/order note and a brief description of the complaint.

The complaint will then be reported to the brand, with a maximum response time of 30 days.

If the brand accepts the complaint, the item may be replaced with a new one (it should be identical to the original, including color and size), or the value will be refunded as a voucher or using the same payment method (if the item in question is no longer in stock). If the complaint is not accepted, the brand will return the claimed item to be delivered to the customer.

Can I return my order to one of the Moonraymoda stores?

Yes, the return can be made at one of the stores, provided that the above-mentioned conditions are followed.

How and when will I receive the refund corresponding to my return?

Refunds are made using the same payment method used to place the order. You will receive the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
