Delivery

Products purchased from Moonraymoda can be delivered nationwide. Orders will be delivered to the address provided for product delivery when the order is placed.

During periods of high activity - such as Christmas, Black Friday, Sales - delivery times via carrier may change due to reasons beyond Moonraymoda's control.

 Shipping costs

Mainland Portugal

For purchases equal to or greater than €50, shipping is free; for purchases under €50, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Madeira and Azores Islands 

For purchases equal to or greater than €70, shipping is free; for purchases under €70, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time will vary between 2 and 5 business days in mainland Portugal. Delivery time to the islands varies between 5 and 15 business days.

Delivery at Moonraymoda store (free)

If you choose to collect your order at our store, shipping is free. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email once the order is ready for collection.

To collect the order, you will need to present an identification document (Citizen Card, Identity Card, or Passport) and the code you will receive by email.
